Shipping and Delivery

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide to almost every country. Orlo Smart Rings are sent from Spain with full tracking.

Will I have to pay import duties?

For orders outside the EU, you may be responsible for local import duties and taxes. These are collected by your local customs and are not included in the price. We cannot control or predict these fees.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days within Europe and 7–14 business days worldwide. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your Orlo ships.

When does my order apply for free shipping?

Orders over 50€ qualify for free shipping worldwide. The cart will automatically show free shipping once your total reaches 50€.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders over 50€. For orders under 50€, the cost is calculated at checkout and depends on your location.

What happens if my product gets lost in transit?

All shipments are fully tracked and insured. If your Orlo is lost or damaged in transit, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If your Orlo arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.

What will I receive in my Orlo package?

Your package includes the Orlo Smart Ring, magnetic charging cable, user guide, sizing tool, and a 2-year warranty card.

What if I want to return my order?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your Orlo for a full refund. Simply contact support and we’ll provide a prepaid return label (for unused products in original packaging).

What kind of warranty does Orlo offer?

Orlo offers a full 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Batteries and normal wear are covered. We replace or repair any defective ring free of charge during this period.
